RESPONSIBILITIES: David serves as lead programmer on many MMS projects, developing interactive web-based applications that support users across the country. Working behind the scenes to translate development strategy into applications, he brings a variety of technical innovations to create user-friendly environments while harnessing the information and metrics that are most important to our clients.
