About Karin:

Karin McCutcheon has over 15 years of market research leadership experience in the education and non-profit sectors. Her experience includes multiple project designs and product development stages, quantitative and qualitative, domestic and international, providing business solutions on both the client and vendor sides.

Her most recent position was as Senior Market Research Manager at Educational Testing Service (ETS), where she led customer insights and strategy development for the Global Higher Education Division and the GRE Program, and new product development for the higher education, international education, English Language Learner, and career and workforce divisions, resulting in new mergers and partnerships. Prior to ETS, Karin conducted market research for a range of K-12 education organizations as a consultant for MMS Education and other clients, and she started her market research career at the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE).

Karin received her MS in Consumer Marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her BS with Distinction in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University. She is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Leadership from Drexel University.

In her free time, Karin serves as the Co-Chair for AFS New Jersey, part of the national non-profit high school foreign exchange program AFS-USA.
