Karen Hall


RESPONSIBILITIES: Karen manages the Support Center, including individuals and teams providing support services to the clients of MMS Education. Her involvement in programs includes helping clients measure impact, increase customer engagement, and support project managers, team leaders, and program staff. To ensure client success, she also oversees all daily operations of the support teams.

PRIOR EMPLOYMENT: Karen brings more than a decade of experience managing education, admissions, customer service, compliance, and career services departments within higher education and the career services market, as well as a background in IT support and training. In addition, Karen has experience forming partnerships and working with corporate clients.

EDUCATION: Associate’s degree in business administration from AIU and a diploma in client server programming from CLC.

PERSONAL: Karen keeps busy with four sons, four dogs, and two cats! She volunteers at a local animal shelter where she helps match canine and feline companions with their human counterparts. She enjoys photography, oil painting, hiking, skiing, and other outdoor sports.
