Needed a partner it could rely on to deliver customer and technical support services for its early childhood print curriculum and online assessment program—effectively and quickly.


  • MMS provided extensive customer support services; showcased Teaching Strategies products, programs, and services; drove utilization; processed orders; and kept the Teaching Strategies name on top of customers’ minds. The MMS Education team also engaged and listened to customers, shared specific feedback with Teaching Strategies, and offered ideas to improve the customer experience.
  • In addition, a separate dedicated highly trained technical team provided Tier I and II technical support for the GOLD online assessment program, managing thousands of incoming calls and emails every week.
