Religious Publisher

A leading publisher of religious curriculum needed help gathering customer feedback in preparation for a complete redesign of a basal program for parish religious education programs.

MMS planned, organized, and implemented a series of “blind” product evaluations. The feedback and information from these in-depth evaluations, delivered through a presentation to the company as well as in a written report, provided the publisher with the information needed to complete its product redesign and launch.

When the publisher needed help on an additional research project, MMS developed and designed the discussion guides for telephone interviews, recruited all participants, developed and deployed an online survey, gathered and analyzed the data, presented the key findings, and issued the final report.
