Wanted to transition from selling its educational video products through a national catalog distributor to a dedicated direct sales force focused on selling to schools.

  • MMS provided a dedicated inside sales team plus customer service support for all sales channels including independent representatives, distributors, and online customers. As digital media evolved, the inside sales team at MMS also negotiated large district and state contracts for digital streaming.
  • In addition, MMS managed the customer database and provided all order processing, invoicing, billing, and full financial reporting on all sales activities nationwide.
