About Ginny:
Ginny joined MMS Education in 1992. As Director of Research + Insights, Ginny is responsible for market research, grants management and administration, project management and program evaluation.
Ginny’s favorite part of the job is the variety of work MMS performs, giving her a multitude of opportunities to learn new things. Ginny finds joy in staying up to date with clients, learning about new products, companies and technology, and interacting with people from all different companies.
Prior to joining MMS, Ginny earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Gettysburg College and a graduate certificate in E-Learning from Penn State Great Valley. Ginny went on to work for Prudential Fox & Roach as a training program instructor and for CompUSA and Bucks County Community College as a computer software trainer. Ginny has also gained expertise working as a systems analyst for large corporations such as Campbell Soup and Sun Oil Company.
In her free time, Ginny enjoys hiking, spending time at the beach and snowshoeing.

If Ginny had a million dollars to spend on helping students: Ginny would provide disadvantaged students with resources such as food, clothing, academic support and technology to level the playing field, help students identify career goals and empower them to pursue their dreams.
