TITLE: Technical Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES: Scott Weigand is responsible for overseeing the help desk team for a national school wellness program as well as database projects, data administration, programming assistance, training end users on the specifics of the database programs, technical assistance and server support.
Scott also provides support for both clients and in-house personnel for project programming, documentation and websites as well as website and email campaign analytics.
PRIOR EMPLOYMENT: Penn Engineering, Doylestown Hospital
EDUCATION: B.S. in Information Technology and Management from Delaware Valley College
PERSONAL: Scott was selected by his teachers in high school for an internship at Penn Engineering, an international fastener corporation. He worked in the Information Systems Department as an Information Systems Technician. After his internship, he worked for Penn Engineering as an Independent Contractor.
In 2009, he bought his first house (during the housing crisis, no less). On his desk, he keeps a Gumby, a gift from a client (be flexible!), and always a cup of coffee.
