RESPONSIBILITIES: Rowland is responsible for computer hardware support and for LAN, WAN and peripheral devices attached to the LAN. He oversees the specification, ordering and installation of workstations, laptops, servers and software. Other responsibilities include LAN wiring, registering web domains, email administration and troubleshooting.
PRIOR EMPLOYMENT: Rowland has 30 years of experience in the programming field on mainframe and personal computers.
PERSONAL: Rowland proudly celebrated his 40th year – and remains active – as a volunteer firefighter. He also enjoys attending wine tastings at various New York state Finger Lakes vineyards. Rowland appreciates the way MMS takes pride in constantly looking to improve services to its clients. He notes the management staff enjoys digging in and tackling the challenges needed to meet clients’ needs.
