TITLE: Sr. Manager, Operations and Insights
JOINED MMS IN: 1992
RESPONSIBILITIES: Ginny currently manages the day-to-day operations of large-scale projects as well as overseeing research and evaluation needs connected to those projects. In the past, Ginny was the manager of market research and has also served as project manager for numerous projects, including a two-year market research endeavor to evaluate training and prototype resources in elementary schools, a school outreach program, a grant program for math and science teachers, website development projects and competitive product evaluations.
PRIOR EMPLOYMENT: Ginny has past experience as a systems analyst with Campbell Soup, and as a management associate with Sun Oil. She has also conducted software training classes as an independent contractor.
EDUCATION: Ginny is a magna cum laude graduate of Gettysburg College and has her B.A. in business administration. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
PERSONAL: Ginny is a technology enthusiast, and in addition to incorporating technology into many aspects of her work, she is continually learning about new avenues for its use. She says, “I love to learn, and working at MMS affords me this opportunity. There are always new projects and clients to learn from so no two projects are the same. And I love the diversity of projects we get to be involved in.”
