TITLE: Senior Information Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES: Craig works on market research projects for various clients. He is involved in every step of research, from survey design and programming, to data collection, analysis and reporting. Prior to his current position as Senior Information Analyst, Craig’s responsibilities included data administration and analysis, development of online applications and reports, and technical support.
PRIOR EMPLOYMENT: Craig worked for Merck Pharmaceuticals in their call center, supporting customers, sales representatives and health care professionals and enrolling patients in clinical trials.
EDUCATION: B.A. in General Science from Pennsylvania State University
PERSONAL: Craig is a self-professed geek, and when he’s not filling his head with new information, he is an avid video game player who owns a large and ever-growing collection of Transformers action figures. Craig also loves dogs and encourages everyone to adopt a shelter dog! He says he likes working at MMS because “it’s a privilege to work with such a great group of people.”
