MMS Education Co-Presents Preliminary 2012 Vision K-20 Survey Findings at ISTE

Susan Meell, CEO, MMS Education, and Sue Collins, CollinsConsults, shared the preliminary survey results of the 2012 Software & Information Industry Association’s Vision K-20 Survey at the ISTE conference this week in San Diego, California.

The SIIA Vision K-20 Survey was first developed in 2008 as a benchmark against which educators and administrators can measure their institution’s progress using technology, an avenue which helps prepare students to compete globally and lead in innovation.

The Vision K-20 Survey has been conducted every year for the past five years, providing a longitudinal view of the implementation of technology in education.  MMS Education has worked with SIIA for the past two years to help gather, analyze, and report the data to the industry. The survey was distributed to educators and administrators with the help of many SIIA partner organizations.

Read more about the preliminary findings in the Education Week blog or the SIIA press release.

The final 2012 report will be available in mid July.
